 COMPREHENSIVE EYE SCREENING REMINDERS: 

• No contact lens 7 days prior to screening.
• Eye Screening will take around 2-3 hours. (Inclusive of eye dilation, eye check up by Optometrist, and final recommendation by Ophthalmologist)
• Driving is not allowed after screening due to the blurring of the eyes after dilation. The blurring of the vision will last for 6 hours.
• The patient is NOT using ISOTRETINOIN, NOT PREGNANT, NOT NURSING.

For BGC & Ortigas Branch

• Patient and Companion please observe the proper dress code. Shorts, sandos, spaghetti straps, halter tops, and open shoes are NOT allowed in the building premises.
• Patient and Companion must need to bring 1 Valid ID to present at the building reception for the building access card.
